Yes, recognizing those triggers and avoiding them is very important in recovery.

Good evening
This makes a lot of sense. Addictions always come with triggers. That is probably why they are so freaking hard to break. After twenty-six years of beating up my lungs, I quit smoking cold turkey back in 2007. For whatever reason, it was the easiest habit to break, but I can clearly remember the many triggers that made me want to light up before I finally said enough.
