I have found that using an expectorant helps ease coughing, and that eases the irritation that causes coughing that increases coughing.

As I age, it is more difficult for me to walk here, Sassyass
I live on the side of a mountain and it's either up or down steep hills. The ones I used to run up and down with ease? It is nice to walk on flat ground for a change, but I will restrict my parking distance according to the daylight hours now, I'm thinking.

Hi adnohr . could you not get a ?. Well if I were a woman and had to move around at night I am sure I would I would have a pepper spray shoved in my person. Or even one of those loud whistles. I just carry a torch with three batteries to dazzle or clonk. Glad you are better.

I am with you. I always park as far away from the entrance as I can, all in the name of getting in those extra steps. Spring has that special way of luring us to get outdoors.

safer on a dark parking lot is just common sense. Out in the bush it's not so dangerous. Glad you're liking the job.
