Ugh! I jump up usually running. I don't allow myself to give in to the pain in my back or knees or how tired I still feel.

Me too, TAPS, and I'm sure my mom would laugh at me now.
She certainly would be throwing some 'I told you so' at me.

Thank you, Goldiec. I would get impatient with myself when
I started to slow down. Now I try to just go with the flow.My attempt to accept it doesn't always work.

Re: Rushing doesn't work well with absent-mindedness, and arriving
From the pictures I have seen, Walmart fashionistas would feel you fit right in wearing baggy pjs.
Yes - very, very important that the mask be worn!

Exercise is good, as long as it's not forced, CCT.
When one is too tired or in pain, staggering describes it, both physically and mentally!

I thought my Mom was slow when she was the age that I am now. I think I have her beat on slowness.

Good Afternoon
I have to say that I'm slower than I was when the kids were small. I worked and cared for the children, and the house. I'm really not sure how I did it but it never seemed like work back then. I think you are doing amazing with your family, your animals, and now a new job not to even mention your fun blog posts.

Rushing doesn't work well with absent-mindedness, and arriving
at my destination in baggy pjs might not be seen as well dressed by the fashionistas at Walmart. Not a big deal as long as I remember my mask.

Yes, it is tough when one has to work and manage the home. A good job that you are keeping fit. Anyway reading you inspires me to stagger outside and get some exercise.

Good evening
I can so relate to your words. I could once chase three kids around without issue. Age plays havoc on a person's mind, body, and soul. Taking your time is smart. Every time that I rush these days I tend to get hurt.
