Life has been difficult for so many Vietnam vets both here and in Australia. We in Australia were told our boys were in Vietnam as back up and would not be used at the front lines. of course that was a lie to keep the protesters quiet.

Unfortunate that you no longer see him. It is always a privilege to serve our vets.

Re: Good morning

As A Vet, I amd grateful to those people, like you that are kind and understanding. Unusal thing. I Currently Manage a Marathon Station. A Man in his mid 70's one day came in. Asked If we were looking for PART TIME HELP.He filled out a application. Provided his vetrans information for proof. I Hired him.

He looked familiar. Months went by. One day as we sat exchanging marine stories I told him a story that happened in 1982. In the middle of the pacific on a Airraft Carrier. \

He stopped me in the middle of my story and finished it perfectly. He was the Marine Lt. Cornel tha fought in the Armed Forces Boxing Heavy Weight Championship fight. He Won.

He asked to read  the books Ive Published. Heaven UnDone Series. Books 1-4. He then told me Many peoples have asked him to write a book about his life stories, Retired as a 2 Star Genral, But Was a 3 Star. Lost a Star due to early Retirement.

He has asked me to write the book. Personally I Want to Title it "Secrets Sworn Never to Be Told; The Vietnam Story of....."  But a Honor any way. And Thank you for your kind compassion to vets, many are suffering greatly from mental, physical and spiritual traumas

Good Afternoon

FSI, I hope the Vietnam vet is doing good wherever he may be.  My heart goes out to all veterans.  They had a rough time and I give them credit for everything they've been through.

Good morning

That's a shame. You would think that management would honor a veteran, but not all are appreciative of their service.
