Brother Aba
Thank you, Brother Aba! It's been quite a while since I have read the Lotus Eaters. What a nice thing to say! Wow! Thank you. The furry cows were decimated unnecessarily and it made me sad. Thank you.

Excellent, Sea Sister,
Your opening lines of the once dreamy world parallels that of Tennyson’s Lotos Eater’s where everything is in a mystic languorous state, the waterfalls, the clouds move in slow motion, or does not change at all, or so it seems. And then appears human beings on the stage to stay there forever. Your humans appear to devastate and destroy those beautiful ‘furry cows’, the bison. Found it to be a real good poem. 💌🎉🦌👀

It is hard to imagine the slaughter. One wonders how many other species
have suffered the same fate. Torn from the beautiful image that you have described🌺

Breaks my heart to think how many Bison were killed to sell their hides. And how because of that our Indigenous Peoples had to starve later on. Those 'furry cows' should not have been slaughtered as they were.
