Good Morning
FSI, we had the same ban on plastic bags, and then once COVID came along they lifted the ban. Now they are saying they are going to have the ban again. I used the plastic bags for garbage but now I think they are making them very cheap because they all have holes in them by the time we get them home. At that point, I throw them away. This is another sign of the times.

I recycle plastic bags for sure all the time. I would rather re-use bags but some plastic ones are useless. We recycle what we can.

Son Ribcage in the USNavy...
always said that one could not imagine the plastic in the ocean and no one ever did anything about it. That was 45 years ago and wonder if it is any better now....probably not.

Such a lot of plastic is still not recycled . As populations increase it is inevitable.
A pity it was ever available.

Good morning
I use those small grocery bags that I get from the Dollar stores to line my bathroom and office garbage cans as well, but when shopping at the grocery store, I always use my own cloth bags.
