I would still be jogging along trying to get there probably. poor darling I am totally feeling the pain you must have suffered. Physical extreme exercise and gym was never my thing either.

Good morning
Wow! I remember those days back when I was in track and volleyball, but nothing as extreme as what you experienced. Talk about over-exerting yourself. You're lucky you didn't have a heart attack.

Goodness, that was pretty horrible for you.
We had to run as Conscripts it was not much fun wearing army boots.
