I can understand a moratorium On carwashes. The good thing is- like you said - yours are already built.

Good afternoon
I honestly do not know where a new carwash business would be set up in my area. We have dozens of them now. I guess variety is the spice of life.

It does not matter what it is money is found if there is the chance of making more.
Sadly it does not help the average person to invest.
