I find it a shock to really enjoy doing a few things inside or outside of the house, and then i can hardly move for the next couple of days. That has been a huge change; moving from where you have lived for years and it must have included another sad goodbye in your hears for your son. Now you are moved in your body is ready to really relax so let it. Gradually get back into a routine or not, just listen to your body.

I really think it was just a one off as a little child you would be excited. As a married lady you would wonder what was expected of you. Now you can please yourself and take a break if you feel like it. I feel like falling asleep but I have to keep banging away at the keyboard it enables me to stay awake,🌺🌺🌺

Good afternoon
Everyone in my neck of the woods has been saying the same thing. It's in the air. The extreme weather has that tiring effect on the body. Try to stay cool, and don't overexert yourself. It will all still be there after you get some rest. (((Hugs))) 🤗

TAPS
You've had a huge life change with your recent move and now that it's over you can rest a bit. You'll bounce back. It's a a big job to move. Yikes! You deserve a few days off! I do hope you really enjoy your new place. Congratulations on completing the move!
