I googled and they called me the Silent Generation. I don't think so. We were busy by the time we grew up with marching for wars to stop, for women's rights, for equal pay for equal work for all. We had marched for Martin Luther King in the sixties. We wore psychedelic clothes and bell bottom trousers. Wore our hair long and men had multi coloured suits. pink ones, blue ones, green pants' chequered pants. There was a lot of noise and fun and good Music.

I am  Millennial.

What's interesting to me is that the World War II generation is not called The Greatest Generation and the Post War is not called The Silent Generation.

Well I am older than I want to be. My sister says it is worth it but then she is younger. 🌺🌺

Fun post!

I just caught the part about breaking the Boomers into two separate groups, and that the Boomers II just missed being drafted into the war. Thanks for posting this. The funny part is that stepdad #4 is also a Boomer II like me, and my mom is a Boomer I. My three daughters are all millennials. Regular smile

Good evening

John and I are both Boomers II, even though we are still 59.  We will both turn 60 at the end of October. 🎃

Thanks for sharing this. I sometimes get confused about who fits which generation.
