I knew I was being abused by my second husband. In the beginning I believed I deserved to be punished, I took all the blame for the first divorce and how my boys suffered.
Finally I left the marriage and the country and he didn't dare go so far to find me. My new Country the police gave me pages to fill out re the abuse. I had no idea how much how deeply I was abused. I still have my moments years later.

Good afternoon
You are right, no one deserves to be abused, but so many are. PTSD happens to millions of people for just as many reasons why. Abuse comes in many forms. I tend to not watch movies that will take me back to that place when I was abused as a child. I don't need the unwanted stress.
