Good afternoon
The weather has become unpredictable as have people and their spending habits. Inflation has caused people to be more conservative with spending, and I have seen it rain when there was only a 10% chance in the forecast.

two of Jim's family work remote, one has her Job headquarters in California so she is pretty safe with their job from home for as long as she wants it.

Well if you can predict correctly it does help in any business but exceptions are there & a lot of things are unpredictable....Â
