Just added a post about this catastrophic event.
I have also been so relieved for you and for your daughter and her partner, though I guess we are all still wondering how long it will all take to get back even the tools for recovery, like power and roads.
My neighbor across the street has been packing a huge long trailer, planning a move to south Georgia in three trips, and wondering if the house he's moving to even still stands. He might not be putting this one on the market, after all!

I'm afraid that my favorite part of this post is the one about Trader Joe's. I haven't been there for a long time and I'm getting low on interesting things to eat. Been eating same ol' same ol' too long.
