It makes one wonder how such constructions were planned and built. Manpower must have been exceptionally skilled in those early days.🦋

Sherri.....

.....I certainly hope that you make it a point to only use the  bridges that are in very good condition. Don't take a chance on ones that you  are concerned about.   Go the other way even if it takes  a lot longer.

I imagine there's a coffee table book out there somewhere that shows bridges through history. If not, there should be!

I love bridges and I especially loved the little stone ones in the English countryside. They have been standing for hundreds of years and I just used to love walking down a little path and finding them.
