No, there is a lot of hard work involved. We did have young potatoes today grown in the greenhouse In pots. Just a novelty. Yes I know the feeling🌺

I enjoy a variety of seafood, but I will take a pass on the little black sea snails. Besides, they need so much soaking before they are ready to eat, not that I would attempt it.

I like lettuce when it's young and crunches pleasantly when chewed. Sometimes at the salad bar I'll spoon up mostly toppings and leave the lettuce for the next one, seeking out the various flavors. I no longer have the endurance to maintain even a small garden. I hope your Easter holiday is sunny and sweet.
