Another Dead End

The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program is ending. Their funding ran out. It makes me wonder why they didn't get another grant. There is so little for the mentally ill that to lose one program is a big loss. In seminary a professor said, "Whenever things go wrong, God is saying to us, 'Do you trust...
