A conversation from Africa--- we hit water! ...

I told you I received the text this morning at 1:00am so as I was eating my breakfast at 9:00 am, I received another text. Here is the conversation texted to me from our pastor: "J" wanted me to let you know we are at 30 ft. and finished 1 well. Tomorrow we start another. He also said he loves you."... Keeping the fire going, Slot machines and early morning phone call..

Well, as you know I was really trying to make use of the couple of warm days we had; the cold weather is here today. But yesterday I got in my walk and went by Home Depot and bought a couple of rose bushes and a few other things to plant in the yard. After planting them, I trimmed all the crepe... They've landed and the challenge begins...

There were tears in his eyes...

as I kissed him and gave him a big hug! (yes, there were tears in mine, also). They were off to Africa! Half way across the world and I wasn't going with him. Fog, Fun & Food...

Ok, we need to take a poll...

I know it's too late for me go to Africa!! or is it??? Well, when I tell people that my husband is going to Africa to dig water wells for an orphanage, they ask if I am going, too.
