I'm back...oh, sweet home!

It was good to get away for awhile. The majority of the trip was good or at least it was in the beginning. One day we drove to Canton, TX where they have a 3 day flea market once a month and we shopped a little and walked a lot. Another day we went to Shreveport, LA to gamble for a day. Didn’t win... I almost lost my balance...

in walking this morning. I thought I would “jog” a little as I was walking in the cemetery. I decided after meeting the skunk last evening……………………………….

I would repay evil for good; not evil for evil. So I sent the following testimony of a woman.. to four men incarcerated today; hoping to encourage them. Maybe some good will come of it. I ran into another skunk the same evening…………………...

as I did yesterday morning. Only this was a two-legged one. It was the “emotional affair” woman that I ran into at the grocery store yesterday evening. I just bought the bullets a few days ago...

and here I was this morning, using that old gun to shoot at a "skunk". It makes me nervous to see a skunk in the daytime hours. She had too much “stuff”…………………………...

We got a call the other evening from our neighbor across the street asking if my husband could help her take a heavy desk out of her SUV that she had just bought at a consignment shop. Friday night lights…………………...wins and losses.

We went to see our grandson’s football team play on Friday evening. School is in and football begins. Or at least for some… since our grandson fractured his foot at the end of June, he will not get to start his freshman year football season but, hopefully, he’ll get in a couple of games before it...
