Down another 1/2 lb....

...3 1/2 lbs since Friday. I know it is mostly 'water weight' but it still feels good. Yesterday, I finished the day with 1200calories--topping off my nutritious dinner with 160 calories of an Aldi brand icecream sandwich(they are petit treats that I get b/c they are just the right size for my...
