Ghosts of Christmas Past
Charlie and I were talking today about how there doesn't seem to be much Christmas spirit this year, only a little more than a week before The Day. Now, after reading Pat's and Kabu's posts, I'm also reminiscing about my own Christmas memories. I remember what was probably my 3rd Christmas when I was given a big hardbound book--The Illustrated Treasury of Children's Literature--and was so impressed, they'd given me a real 'grown up book!'
