Package in Limbo

In late June, I sent of a bill changer part to be repaired. Life went on, and Dad reminded me to check on the status. I called up the Colorado-based repair company, and they never got it. Sunday was when Don's flip phone bit the dust. He received a new phone and a new number from Verizon. When I got his new phone number yesterday, I said, "Did you get a Smartphone?"
