Lending, Taxes, Possible Problem
I lend my parents money that they use to help pay off the bank. I get interest. As a part of our deal I can cash in and get my money back whenever though I would lose out on future interest owed to me. We have it in writing. Location D
When Dad bought Location D from Samantha Gannon he knew that he had to modernize the car wash part of the property. He needed an automatic touch free wash, a staple at just about any car wash today.
