Comics artist Joe Edwards has died at age 85, after a long struggle with heart disease. He is perhaps most famous for working on the debut issue of Archie. He also created Li'l Jinx. Marion G. "Gene" Snyder
"Gene" Snyder, who represented two districts in Kentucky for a total of eleven years, has died at age 79. Like many in Congress, Snyder was a lawyer who graduated from the Jefferson School of Law. No cause of death was listed. Sign in to see full entry.

Alfred Desio
Alfred Desio, the inventor of Tap-Tronics, is dead, of complications of bladder cancer. He was 74 at the time of his death. Desio was a Broadway veteran.
