Golgappa and Alu Tikki - Street Food Par Excellence!

Yesterday evening I had golgappas in Khan Market. I have mentioned golgappas in a previous blog. They are small ping-pong balls, made of cream of wheat (sooji in HIndi) or whole wheat flour.
