Saturday, December 20, 2003just got done meditatingI couldn't get into my astral body! Too much clicking from the heater... Not to mention it takes me an hour to calm myself down enough. Leaving your Earth body is scary. It causes false awakenings and the sensation that you are parylized. This is likely to happen with any newcomer to the process......
