Iced Leeward Islands shred Isaac! Cape Hatteras tracks its Natural Enemy

Make and melt ice into your sinks. Cape Hatteras should intentionally get cold, fast. Get the icy blade you gutted Irene with, ready! Ice those sinks and you can even steer the hurricanes. I mention Cape Hatteras because it is the icy "knife" that popped hurricane Irene. Geographically speaking, the biggest hurricane ever (Irene) died at the hands of "ice cold sinks."
