Compulsive overeating treatment
I've been leafing through a book called Locked Up for Eating Too Much, the diary of a woman institutionalized in what was then called an Eating Disorders Unit for compulsive-overeating issues. There are a number of areas of legitimate criticism of the program in which she was institutionalized. The most important one, from my perspective, is their failure to evaluate patients completely for signs of other disorders.
