Star Trek fans will recognize the title; it's a direct "lift" from the script of The Wrath of Khan. McCoy says something similar to Kirk as he hands Kirk a bottle of that highly-illegal brew, Romulan ale. (Throughout the film, Kirk deals with the fact that he is an aging man. McCoy is worried about Kirk's seeming obsession with the aging process.)
