This was written in response to a MySpace poster who expressed anger at George W. Bush over the situation in Iraq: Hussein was a cold-blooded murderer of his own people, witness the Kurds, who needed to be deposed. However, it was pointless for any foreign armies to stay beyond that point. We cannot... Sign in to see full entry.

Hot Time, Not Quite Summer Just Outside the City
When I posted this to MySpace, I couldn't set the category to "weather". What sort of set of blog categories is it without the "weather"? Why would they exclude the prototypical default topic of conversation? Especially when it makes the landscape resemble a Dali painting: My pocketwatch just... Sign in to see full entry.

My author friend, Danny, came a bit later but was able to set up next to me. I would have been happy... Sign in to see full entry.

Link to letter in Metuchen/Edison Sentinel
You can read my letter here. For those unfamiliar with the area, Edison is a "donut" township formed by the separation of the borough of Metuchen at the center of the earlier Raritan township. The Edison train station originally served a small community consisting of the homes of some Rutgers... Sign in to see full entry.
