Off the Crutches!

At least for now! I went to the doctor yesterday and was given the go-ahead to walk without my crutches, so long as I go very slowly and only for short distances. I also have to do some simple stretches to get the muscles back in tone... and I can start my Callanetics if I go very carefully. This is... Sign in to see full entry.
