UP IS DOWN
I never really noticed, until recently, how Dow Jones NASDAQ and the S & P green stamps, (whatever) go up and down through the day. But now on my MSN home page those totals alternate with the local weather. Funny thing, the local temperature is almost always a positive, while the Dow and what not is too often a negative. The first time I noticed it listed as unchanged, I wondered what that meant. Because the weather is never unchanged. They always make up some change, or if it is the same it is...
