A SOLUTION!
Yes the wind is still blowing...but I am not going crazy anymore. Been there too long. Passed it twice! Here's what happened. A friend came over and took down the vent covers leading to the air conditioners. One by one he handed them to me. They were really dirty. So I had to clean them. I'm crazy but not lazy. While I was doing that my friend stuffed a trash bag with old newspapers and put it in the vents. Then he cut a cardboard cover to help hold the sack of papers in the vent. Once he did...
