I have been recyling a lot of my feelings lately...There are many parts

of me that need healing: my thoughts, my feelings, my memory, as well as my physical and mental imbalance. I'm afraid to go to sleep too deeply. My journaling is kind of a walk through my mind while searching for joy through self-expression.
