The "high courts are not always right. It is Un-Constitutional for any person not to have due process or to be held at gunpoint. I thouroughly disagree that the police or anybody has the right to search anyone of any age without probable cause, notwithstanding rulings of the courts. Our personal, individual rights are more important than all that. Gestapo-like police raided a Goose Creek, SC High School looking for drugs. They came in full tactical outfits with guns drawn, ordering students to the fllor, tossing some and handcuffing some. Dogs came in and guns were held on a large number of high school students. All this was based on an anonymous call intimating a drug ring was operating in the school and some suspicious activity was noted on security cameras, i.e., students going in and out of the bathroom!
