This is one of the few instances that does call for retaliation against the Iraqi city of Fallujah. The act of burning and dismembering and desecrating the men goes beyond war activities. It goes to the heart of the fact that we are dealing with some soulless people. Even Islamic Clerics in Fallujah state that such atrocities are in no way condoned by Allah.
