Now, this is an a ancient Spanish dish, dating back to … well, about four months ago, when I first started cooking it: it’s called Verduras Mixtas. Which, in plain English, is Mixed Vegetables. Aha! But it ain’t you average stir-fried in a wok ( God, I hate that! ), nor your boiled for an hour in water variety.
