Drivers' Licences "for" illegal immigrants?

Here is one debate that doesn't seem, to me, to be connected with planet earth. What the heck are drivers' licences "for" illegal immigrants? Do they have a big ILLEGAL stamped across the front, similar to the stamps that say UNDER 21? Are the recipients of these licences supposed to say to the DMV... Sign in to see full entry.
