O ne of the advantages of growing older has been, for me at least, the relative leisure that has given me the opportunity of mulling over memories from my childhood days. The world is my oyster - Victory party.

2009 will probably be remembered as a year where we re-learnt the meaning of the word austerity. In 1949 that word was on everybody’s lips.
