MAD MAX, THE ROAD WARRIOR, AND ME

I was mesmerized when I saw the first film in this Australian made trilogy. It was 1981. The country was awash in a renewal of nationalism and conservatism that travel hand in hand with Reagan/Bush politics. I've seen these films at least a dozen times over the course of the years.
