Work and birthday pizza!

I just got off work. My 21 year old (tomorrow) son, Judah worked with his dad today. He insisted on coming to the offices to help me clean because it was my birthday. I told him he should stay home, as he worked all day, but he wouldn't take no for an answer. Clementina also helped. We got it done in 1 hour! Yesterday took me 2 hours by myself, as there was some extra cleaning to do. Before I went to work, Clemy and I went and bought some U-bake pizza and after that ice cream. I dropped them off... The Toyota and my weekend

The Toyota doesn't have anything serious wrong with it, but I need to get the transmission flushed and get an oil adapter gasket as it is leaking. To get a tune-up in this vehicle is expensive because the engine is hard to get to, being in the middle of the vehicle. I don't think it needs a tune up right now. At least the inspection was free. I walked by the saddle shop and bought a very large amount of "scrap" suede leather. If I tell them about the journals I am making I usually get a good... Sign in to see full entry.

My birthday

I only have a couple of minutes. If I don't write now, I will get out of the habit and my posts will be history. I am taking the Toyota Previa to the shop to get it checked out. I'm glad my brother-in-law worked there, as he knows they do a good job and are honest. I'm going to walk around town until it's done. Today is my birthday too! My son Judah is here, back from Costa Rica. He will be working with his dad a few weeks. His birthday and his sister Petras' are tomorrow. They are not twins. He... Sign in to see full entry.

About this Blog

I plan on writing about past and present life experiences and what I have learned from them. I also want to tell stories of things in my past, some humourus, some serious and some trivial. I have done some traveling and want to describe those places and people accurately, maybe in some cases changing names if I see it could embarrass someone. I will write out of my heart and hopefully give hope to some of my readers. I do not have all the answers, but have lived long enough to know there are many trials in life and obstacles. I want to examine life, it's simplicities and complexities and share my observation and at times opinions with others.
