How to handle stress

I started the novel. I got about 10 pages (handwritten). I decided to do one using a lot of "real life" stuff with fictitious names. I'm not sure where it's heading, but I started. I am a perfectionist at times and I realized that I could easily "never start" because of that. So, good, bad or ugly, I began. About this Blog

I plan on writing about past and present life experiences and what I have learned from them. I also want to tell stories of things in my past, some humourus, some serious and some trivial. I have done some traveling and want to describe those places and people accurately, maybe in some cases changing names if I see it could embarrass someone. I will write out of my heart and hopefully give hope to some of my readers. I do not have all the answers, but have lived long enough to know there are many trials in life and obstacles. I want to examine life, it's simplicities and complexities and share my observation and at times opinions with others.
