I recently found out about GMO's (genetically modified organisms) that are being introduced in much of our food supply. It's all quite complicated, but I am shocked! Also, I may be gluten intolerant (my test hasn't come back yet). Then I found out the two foods that are 90% GMO are: soy and corn (2 foods NOT containing gluten).
