I hate headaches
I woke up with a bad headache, almost a migraine. I know it was because I had quite a few cups of coffee and none yesterday. I had been cutting back, then on Tuesday I drank a lot. I don't know if I want to quit coffee altogether, but I also don't want to be addicted, where I have to have it. I guess de-caf (naturally decaffeinated) would be an option.
