T. Boone Pickens plans to put up a huge wind turbine electricity generating farm in Texas. This man researched the whole country to locate the best place to construct his giant wind turbines. The high plains of Texas has the highest number of windy days each year. I would have guessed that that distinction would have gone to Washington, D.C.
