Springtime's arrival in Michigan, is breathtaking in its majesty!
Old man winter is breathing his last few breaths, finally! The majority of the mud and slush is just a nasty memory, and winter’s final frigid gasps are driven off, before lunchtime. Now is the season of asparagus, morel mushrooms, lilacs, dogwood, apple, cherry, crabapple, pear blossoms, forsythia, buttercups, mustard, lady’s slippers, bluebonnets, fiddlehead ferns, frogs, deer flies, and mosquitoes.
