Happiness & sadness mingle here at Sage Haven. Life never changes, really.
Life here at Sage Haven, is looking a bit rosier, although we realize that this is a temporary situation, as always. I am pretty sure that my next renters and I have found each other. They are a nice younger couple of people that appear to have their heads screwed on straight. They both work, have rented from the same person for more than three years, and are highly motivated to leave the city environment for the peaceful tranquility of my rural home.
