Class Today

I taught a handcuffing class today. It's the first time I have taught my handcuffing technique outside of my department. I wasn't sure how it would be recieved. One officer said that she wasn't comfortable with handcuffing when she showed up, which is why she showed up. She had never found any... Sign in to see full entry.
