Here are some more differences between the two jobs.

Everything is much less structured at the casino. They seem to wing it a lot. That part has been kind of hard for me. I'm used to winging it but within some sort of guidelines plus lots of training and experience. There is very little training here. People are thrown into the job. I'm trying to...
