Tuesday, October 11, 2005Short update because I'm tiredI weighed in on Sunday and have lost 2 pounds. If I can keep that up, it would be great. I could be down to 185 in 5 more weeks. From there, I'll see what I want to do. My wife lost 2 pounds too. That's a pretty good start for both of us. I don't know if I mentioned that I did take some before...
