What We Perceive in Others, We Strengthen in Ourselves

What we perceive in others, we strengthen in ourselves. In other words what we see in a person, their attitudes or their emotions, we strengthen those same attitudes and emotions in ourselves. So if I look at someone and I see one who judges, then I am strengthening judgment in myself. If however I see one who loves when I look at this person, then I am strengthening love in myself.
